আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে যেকোনো পণ্য অর্ডার করার পূর্বে অনুগ্রহ করে নিচের শর্তাবলীগুলো মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ে নিন। আপনার একটি সফল অর্ডার সম্পন্ন হওয়ার অর্থ হলো আপনি আমাদের সকল নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী মেনে নিয়েছেন।
১. অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া ও পণ্য স্টক
- সাইটে প্রদর্শিত পণ্যের মূল্য এবং স্টক যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
- কারিগরি ত্রুটি বা স্টক সংকটের কারণে কর্তৃপক্ষ যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল বা সংশোধনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
২. ডেলিভারি ও শিপিং পলিসি
আমরা দ্রুততম সময়ে সারা বাংলাদেশে প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করে থাকি:

বিশেষ সতর্কবার্তা: পণ্যের সাইজ (আকার) এবং ওজনের ওপর ভিত্তি করে ডেলিভারি চার্জ কম বা বেশি হতে পারে। এছাড়া দেশের সার্বিক পরিস্থিতি, আবহাওয়া বা অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কোনো সমস্যার কারণে ডেলিভারি সময় স্বাভাবিকের চেয়ে কিছুটা বেশি লাগতে পারে।
৩. রিটার্ন, রিফান্ড ও ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD)
- পণ্য রিসিভ করার সময় ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনেই চেক করে বুঝে নিতে হবে।
- কোনো ভুল, ছেঁড়া বা ভাঙা প্রোডাক্ট থাকলে তৎক্ষণাৎ ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছে রিটার্ন করতে হবে। ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে আসার পর কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
- অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট করা অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে।

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any products from our website. By placing a successful order, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Ordering Process & Stock Availability
- Product prices and availability on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order due to technical errors, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.
2. Delivery & Shipping Policy
We ensure fast delivery services across Bangladesh:

Special Notice: Shipping fees may increase or decrease depending on the product size and weight. Additionally, delivery times may be extended due to unavoidable circumstances, weather conditions, or political situations.
3. Return, Refund & Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Customers must check the product in front of the delivery man upon receipt.
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, it must be returned immediately to the delivery man. No complaints will be accepted after the delivery man leaves.
- For prepaid orders, if the item is out of stock, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.
